Building on the success of Phase II, Zellner Construction delivered an addition of 136 multi-family units across 33 buildings at the University Place Apartments. This phase continued the integration of multi-family, townhouse, and garden-style living near Memphis’ medical corridor. Outdoor amenities such as on-site parking, landscaped grounds, play areas, and a community swimming pool were also integrated. Significantly, this project became Tennessee’s first completed development to receive a LEED for Neighborhood Development certification, highlighting Zellner’s commitment to sustainable, community-focused construction.
