Zellner Construction Services partnered with the City of Memphis to deliver a state-of-the-art backup facility for the Memphis Police Department and 911 services at the Armour Center. This project primarily involved an interior tenant finish and extensive site improvements to support critical emergency operations. Work included selective demolition, site security fencing, upgraded wall systems, new flooring and ceiling finishes, custom millwork, and the construction of new locker rooms, a break room, offices, and a fully equipped dispatch/call center. Specialized equipment installation and coordination with city IT, vendors, and emergency communications teams ensured operational readiness.
