Zellner Construction partnered with Iberia Bank to bring a modern banking facility to Midtown Memphis. Located at a high-traffic intersection on Union Avenue, this project transformed a former parking lot into a 2,300-square-foot branch bank with a remote drive-through. The scope included site demolition, erosion control, and new construction of the bank’s core structure. With a focus on efficiency and safety, the Zellner team delivered a turnkey solution that incorporated both functional banking needs and a customer-friendly design. 

 

Built to reflect Iberia Bank’s brand standards and to complement the urban surroundings, the facility features clean architectural lines, durable materials, and sitework optimized for traffic flow and accessibility. Completed in 2014, this project showcases Zellner’s ability to manage ground-up commercial builds in tight urban footprints while maintaining quality, budget, and schedule integrity.
