The new Frayser Library is a 25,000-square-foot, ground-up project that replaces the former 6,400-square-foot facility, a longtime cornerstone of the community. The expanded library features a greatly enlarged book collection and a dedicated community room designed to host programs centered on early childhood literacy, career development, and job readiness.
The building showcases high-end finishes, including expansive storefront glazing beneath glulam timber construction, and integrates sustainable design elements such as rooftop solar panels. Designed, constructed, and commissioned to achieve LEED Gold Certification, the Frayser Library reflects the City’s commitment to innovation, education, and environmental responsibility.
