The facility features a brick veneer exterior, concrete block walls, metal decking, and a durable modified bitumen roof. Inside, the station includes two apparatus bays, sleeping quarters, a fully equipped kitchen and pantry, a day room, exercise area, administrative offices, locker rooms, and secure equipment storage.
