Zellner Construction completed Phase IV B of Beale Street Landing, a transformative public project reimagining Memphis’s Mississippi Riverfront. Tasked with bank stabilization, earthwork, and site development, our team constructed two elevated “islands” supported by driven H-piles to withstand the river’s dramatic 40-foot seasonal fluctuations. The project introduced interactive public amenities – including walking paths, seating areas, play zones, and artistic installations – all carefully designed and timed around the dynamic water levels of the Mighty Mississippi. Beale Street Landing now serves as a docking site for riverboats, an event venue, and a signature destination for both residents and visitors, offering a vibrant space to relax and explore the riverfront in one of the city’s most scenic and revitalized settings.
